9 cold opens have been flashbacks. The characters who have not gotten any are Wick, Tyranny, maybe Teor (don’t remember if he was in the ep 2 one; got a non-cold-open one in ep 11), and Julien (got a non-cold-open one in ep 13). Hal has been in 2 and Thimble has been in 2.

In the present, since the groups split, there have been 6 for the Soldiers, 4 for the Seekers, and 3 for the Schemers. However, all the Schemers have had a flashback and Hal has had 2.

By my count, Soldiers have had 6 episodes (6-10 plus half of each 5 and 11), Seekers have had 7 (12-18), and Schemers have had 8 (10-25 plus half each of 5 and 11). So the Soldiers’ larger number of cold opens helps balance this.
