Made myself a Wiggly lunch today - and you can, too!

Hot Potato recipe:

Pre-heat oven to 425°f (218°c, gas mark 7) 

Wash potatoes 

Place potatoes on a foil-lined baking sheet 

Poke potatoes with a fork 

Drizzle potatoes with olive oil and salt 

Bake for 20 minutes, flip potatoes, bake for an additional 20 minutes, flip potatoes again, and bake for additional 10 minutes (total time: 50 minutes)

Serve hot (Butter or Margarine optional)

Cold Spaghetti recipe:

Boil water in a pot 

Add spaghetti (and salt if so inclined)

Cook for 10-12 minutes or until it sticks to the wall when flung 

Drain spaghetti then place in a bowl 

Fill a separate large bowl with ice water 

Place small spaghetti bowl in ice water bowl for 10 minutes or until cold

Serve cold

Peel banana

Mash banana
