Axel for the ship meme?

Hey! Sorry this is a bit late, it’s been a long few days. So, Axel Walker (TV version unless otherwise specified) for the multishipper challenge:

Hartley Rathaway, unsurprisingly.

Leonard Snart ( @notsolittlegirlevenmorelost , please be aware that I blame you for this one, blame in a not-bad sense that is more like attribute)

I’ve written a Lisa Snart/Axel Walker ship, but I’m not sure I’d say I ship them regularly? It was a car crash of an idea that got into my head and wouldn’t leave me alone until I wrote it out.

There is a very faint SnowBomb (Caitlin/Axel) thing running around in my head. Not sure it’ll ever get written.

In a Flashpoint AU (where I am heart-positive he was raised by the Allens): I post-ship him with Patty Spivot. I don’t think it worked out long-term, but I don’t think it was a bad thing.

For the comics version: I can definitely see Mickster, but I haven’t read enough of the comics yet for the ship to find whatever hook into my brain it might find, you know?

(Also for the comics version: not a ship, but can I shout out to him complaining about Poison Ivy being the worst kisser ever? That scene always makes me giggle.)

Axel whistles low and slow as Len ties his tie, "Did Piper teach you that?"

Len eyes himself in the mirror and then scoffs, "Didn't need Piper to teach me how to blend in."

“You sure about that?", Axel asks, Len's scars and the weight of years of hard living do not lend themselves well to situations where he is expected to be anything other than himself. “Who ya taking?"

“I know a girl.", Len says finally, rubbing his brow.

“I am personally offended you didn't get me to be your fake date!", Axel says indignantly, getting a fist in Len's tie, breath ghosting over his lips.

Len scoffs, "We're going for subtle tonight, Jailbait."

“Hey! I'm twenty.", Axel whines and Len laughs, pulling him in by the belt loops of his low slung pants.
