hi! I really enjoy your blog and I was looking at the recipes you have linked, there are so many and I was wondering if you had any that were quick and easy to make? Im 16 and have loads of studies and sports etc but I don't want my diet to go to shit?
Breakfast: - All the baked oatmeals take only about 15 minutes- Oatmeal pancakes recipes are relatively quick and easy, 15 - 20 minutes- Overnight oats recipes are super easy, 5 minutes at night and they're ready to go in the morning- Other quick breakfast ideas are granola parfaits and smoothiesLunch:- Basically any kind of wholemeal sandwich ? - Most of the salads are super easy to make if you're using leftover meat- Pita bread pizzas, just chuck your favourite ingredients on a pita and grill for 10 minutes- If you cook the rice the night before, sushi is another quick option- things like fruit, crackers and cheese are easy to add to your lunchs also! Dinner: - grilled meats and fish take about 10 minutes, combine that with steamed veggies and maybe some wholemeal pasta or rice your cooked the night before and you've got a meal that takes about 20 minutes to prepare. - Stirfrys! They're GREAT easy dinners, quick stirfried chicken and then toss your favourite veggies in, 15-20 minutes and your done. - Any of the burrito wrap recipes are pretty simple, just fry up some chicken or beef, and add that along with some salad and cheese into a whole meal flat bread.- The shrimp recipes are super easy and quick too!Desert: - Freeze the bananas over night and all the ice cream recipes using bananas only take about 5 minutes to whip up. - fruit kebabs with chocolate sauce are pretty simple tooSnacks and drinks: - 99% of those recipes are easy to make and don't take a lot of time at all(This is in reference to the list) Hope that helps! x
