Can you make an okarun × reader where the reader is unnaturally strong and he finds out, maybe at Momo's house or school (sorry if it's stupid)
It's not stupid at all! In fact, I know the perfect kind of reader for this ask: Mitsuri!Reader from Demon Slayer.
Please be advised that there are mentions of bullying, eating disorders, and slightly possessive behavior.
With that being said, please enjoy~!
Since you were little, you've always been stronger than other kids. The only explanation that the doctors could give is that your body was...unique. In order to maintain your metabolism and strength, you had to eat as much as three sumo wrestlers. Which you didn't mind of course, because who doesn't love to eat? Homecooked meals were the best~!
But not everyone outside of your loving, supportive family could understand why you ate so much and looked the way you did. You had learned that the hard way in middle school.
Girls would think that you were on some fad diet and that's why you still looked so pretty. Boys thought you were cute until they saw how you performed in the physical fitness tests.
Freaky. Weirdo. Monster.
"The only one who would even go out with you is someone who is either a bear, a cow, or a wild boar. Seriously, where did you even the idea that I even liked you?"
Those words were the final straw.
You tried to change who you were. From portioning out your meals, to dying your hair and smiling through the rumbling of your stomach. The cravings for mitarashi dango were even worse, but you held on. When you got into high school, you thought this would be your chance to be normal like everyone else. Then you met Momo Ayase, your first friend who actually saw right through you and called you out on it when you're struggling to not get up from your desk and run over to the cafeteria for more food because you missed breakfast that morning.
"Huh? I don't get why you're doing this to yourself. If you love to eat, then eat. It doesn't matter what everyone else thinks as long as you are happy, right? I'll go with you to the cafeteria, if you want. That way no scumbag's gonna judge you. If they do, I'll beat the shit out of them."
You cried after hearing those words. You didn't mean to, but how could you not? That was the first time anyone's said those words to you. Momo, Muko, and Miko became your dearest friends, going on shopping trips or trying out different kinds of make-up or places to eat. Granny Seiko allowed you to come over and train in privately at the back of the shrine so long as you made an offering to the gods and prayed.
Then you met Okarun. Sweet, amazing, and hardworking Okarun.
You did believe in ghosts like Momo, but aliens were a bit of stretch until she showed you her super awesome psychic powers and told you the story of how Turbo Granny took his ding-a-ling after getting cursed.
Okarun, to be fair, didn't believe you were that strong as Momo claimed you were until you singlehandedly picked him up with one arm, drenched in sweat and smiling brightly at him.
"Wow, you're really putting in the effort to get stronger too, I can tell! There's some muscle development in the abdomen, legs, and arms! It's subtle but it's definitely there! Just remember to take breaks too, okay? 100 reps of squats, push-ups, and back extensions aren't easy! Oh, I know! What if we trained together? That'll be super fun, and I've always wanted a training partner! What do you think?"
Needless to say, he was immediately smitten with you in that moment if he already hadn't started developing a crush on you. Not only you were sweet and caring, but super strong? You were perfect.
Anyone would say otherwise, would see just how it isn't a good idea to piss off an awkward guy like him, yo. No one talks about his babe like that. No one.
