In a tasty burger, you can enjoy the flavors of soft pulled pork, tangy barbecue sauce, and crunchy coleslaw.
Ingredients: 1 lb pulled pork. 4 hamburger buns. 1 cup coleslaw. 4 slices cheddar cheese. 1/2 cup barbecue sauce. 1/4 cup pickles. 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced. 2 tbsp vegetable oil. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: In a pan over medium heat, warm up the pulled pork. First, split the hamburger buns in half. Then, use a separate skillet with a little vegetable oil to toast them until they are lightly browned. When the pork is fully cooked, add the barbecue sauce and mix it in so that it's covered in sauce. Wait a few minutes and then serve. Put a slice of cheddar cheese on the bottom of each bun and melt it a little in the pan with the lid on or under the broiler. To make the burger, put a lot of pulled pork and melted cheese on the bottom of each bun. Then add coleslaw, pickles, and sliced red onion. Add pepper and salt to taste. Place the top of the bun on top of the pulled pork burger. It's now ready to be served.
