How-To Set Up SentriConnect SentriConnect allows any non-SentriLock subscriber to temporarily access the property. SentriConnect is ideal for users such as out-of-area agents, contractors, painters, photographers, inspectors, or any person requiring temporary access to a property.
The process begins with the listing agent granting SentriConnect access to the user. The user will receive an email invitation to download the SentriConnect mobile app on their device and complete the registration process.
Once Downloaded, 4) Launch the SentriConnect app 5) Tap the “Create Account” button 6) Enter the required information for registration. 7) When you are finished registering, an email will be sent to you to complete the registration process. Please be sure to open this email on your mobile device to activate your account.
Note: SentriConnect is a one-time registration process. Once you have created an account you will not need to register again.
How to Open a SentriLock Bluetooth® Lockbox with SentriConnect Once registered, the user will be able to access any property that the listing agent has granted. You may view your access in the message center, my access tab, or by viewing the map. The user will also receive an instant notification when access has been granted.
9) To access the lockbox, start by launching the SentriConnect® app and log in using your credentials. 10) In order for SentriConnect to open the lockbox, you must allow location access and enable Bluetooth® on your device. 11) Press the ENT button on the lockbox keypad that you want to open. This will establish a Bluetooth® connection. 12) Enter your PIN or use Touch ID/ Face ID (You may enable this in the profile tab, under “enable biometrics”, if it is not already set up) *we are not requiring PIN or Touch ID to open the lockbox, only to log in to the app itself. They will be kicked out every 24hours and will need to log in again, but accessing the lockbox while logged in will not require a PIN. 13) The lockbox will open and you will receive a message confirming your access. The listing agent will also receive a notification that the lockbox has been accessed. You may review your accesses by selecting the messages icon.
Additional Features 14) You may also view your accesses by tapping the hamburger menu and selecting “My Accesses”. 15) To view the properties you have access to in your area, select the “view map” button on the home screen. Any lockboxes with a blue “S” pin icon will be available for access and any greyed “S” pin icons are properties you do not have access to. There, the listing agent’s contact information will be available. 16) You may edit your profile, information, and settings in the Profile tab.
