Theo or Maeve calling Jim's mother some form of Grandma for the first time? I bet she would love it! 💕

Forgive me if it's been done, but have you written about Jim first meeting the Bulsaras? And how did Jim's mum handle meeting them as an omega herself?
Jim's meeting with Jer and Bomi was covered sort of in passing: they met at a "formal" dinner at Garden Lodge. They weren't exactly convinced by him and walked away 50/50 on him, not too impressed yet.
As for Colleen, she met them during the wedding planning and had already decided she doesn't like them 😂 She and Jer end up with a somewhat cordial relationship, but she doesn't really get along with them until Maeve comes along
Could we see Colleen and/or Winifred meeting the Bulsaras in the Dazmen verse? 👀👀
“You ought to be ashamed of yourselves,” Colleen snarled. She stood there with her arms folded, only two inches taller than Jer at most, meeting Bomi’s gaze with ease. “You’re disgusting, the pair of you. You don’t deserve children, or grandchildren. You certainly don’t deserve to be near Freddie and Helia.”
Bomi took a deep breath. “Mrs Hutton-”
“No. I don’t want to hear it. You disgust me.”
*
Winifred wasn’t an angry woman, but her experiences had given her a certain edge.
She thought of Michael as she looked at the Bulsaras and she wanted, in Roger’s words, to bash their fucking heads in.
“You have some nerve,” she said hotly, nose in the air. “I don’t know who you think you are-”
“We’re his parents,” Jer said desperately.
“That’s where you’re wrong, dear: you’re not parents. You’re not worthy of the title.”
Could we see Colleen and Winifred meeting Helia?
And anonymous asked: “Winifred meeting Freddie and Helia for the first time.”
*
Freddie looked even more nervous than his daughter and Winifred beamed at them both, hoping to put them at ease. She’d heard all about them and Roger gave her an almost warning look, silently pleading with her to not say something judgmental or daft.
She didn’t. Of course she didn’t. Who was she to judge?
Instead, Winifred insisted on helping Freddie carry the bags and beamed at Helia.
“Lovely to meet you,” she said brightly. “Roger’s told me so much about you, dears.”
*
Helia looked at her almost defiantly, perhaps expecting pointed comments like “And where’s your other daddy, dear?” or something else stupidly invasive.
As far as Colleen could see, it was none of her blessed business. If anything, she was prepared for judge this unknown man for leaving Freddie, only nineteen, to give birth alone.
Poor poppet.
They were sweet little things, both of them. They both kept asking if she needed help with anything and although Helia struck Colleen as the extroverted type, she kept giving Colleen shy, almost nervous smiles.
Oh! The Hutton family (or even just Jim and his mother) meeting the Bulsaras in the Helia au??? I don’t think that it would be pretty... (LTFG anon)
Consider this: Colleen Hutton and Winifred Taylor meeting the Bulsaras in the Helia AU, because they both tend to “mother” Freddie and Helia 👀👀
Can you show us when Freddie and Jim told their families Freddie was pregnant?
Colleen was clearly ecstatic. The words were barely out of Jim’s mouth when she let out a piercing shriek. He could hear chatter in the background- sounded like Saoirse and Patrick were visiting- and then Patrick’s voice came down the line.
“Care to explain why Mam is shrieking?” his brother laughed.
“Freddie’s pregnant,” Jim repeated shyly.
“What? Jim, holy fuck!”
There were more shrieks. Colleen must have told Saoirse.
“Oh, Jim, congratulations,” Patrick said. “How far along?”
“Nearly three months,” Jim said. “We didn’t realise at first.”
And then Colleen had snatched the phone back, rapidly asking questions about due dates and genders and if Freddie was okay, was Jim excited...Jim let her blather on, unable to get a word in.
*
His parents gaped at him, and Freddie instinctively wrapped his arms around himself, slightly curling over, protecting his stomach from view. They’d been nagging him for years about settling down, he’d expected something a bit more than silence.
But then Jer pulled him into her arms, beaming, tears in her eyes, and Bomi turned to Jim, questioning him on doctor’s appointments and offering his own quiet, stern advice.
“Congratulations, baby,” Jer said, cupping Freddie’s face in her hands. “You’re both going to be lovely parents.”
Maeve's first time visiting Ireland!
“There you are!” Colleen came running out of the house, the rest of the Hutton family either right at her heels, or lingering in the doorway. Some of the kids had their faces pressed against the window.
Freddie tried very hard to seem like he was wide awake as he carried Maeve inside, but truth be told, flying with a year-old baby wasn’t easy, and although the flight was short the drive was long.
The second they crossed the threshold, they were surrounded by Huttons, each of them clamoring to see Maeve. The baby in question looked a little shocked by all the noise and people, clutching Freddie, her mouth hanging open.
Theo meeting Jim’s family for the first time
Freddie worried about bringing Theo to Ireland. It was one thing, introducing your child to your boyfriend’s family- it was a whole different thing bringing said child to a different country to meet a bunch of strangers.
And then, God help him, there was the worry about what they’d say. He knew how people looked at single-parent Omegas.
Theo seemed to find the whole thing to be an adventure. He asked Jim endless questions on the drive to Carlow, before he finally fell asleep in the car.
“Are you okay?” Jim asked, giving Freddie’s knee a quick squeeze.
“I think so,” Freddie said, biting his thumbnail. He glanced at Theo in the mirror. “They- look, darling, none of them are- they won’t say anything, will they? About me having Theo?”
“Not a chance,” Jim said firmly. “They’re not like that, Fred, I promise.”
Well, plenty of people said that. Freddie wouldn’t quite trust it until he met them himself.
Colleen Hutton must have been waiting for them, because as soon as Jim opened the car door, the front door to the house opened, and Freddie found himself faced with a petite Omega woman, with a bright smile.
“Oh, it’s so good to meet you!” she said, hugging Freddie right away. She turned to Theo, still sweet and sleepy, and holding Freddie’s hand. “And you must be Theo? Jim’s told me all about you, sweetheart. You’re such a handsome little thing.”
(Jim also hadn’t exaggerated about how much Colleen liked to cook- she had a plate of muffins and cookies waiting, which had Theo’s instant approval.)
