Ingredients: 1 box white cake mix. Ingredients required for cake mix eggs, oil, water. Gel food coloring assorted colors. 1 cup vanilla frosting. 1 package white candy melts. Cake pop sticks. Sprinkles for decoration.
Instructions: Prepare the white cake mix according to package instructions. Divide the cake batter into separate bowls, one for each color you want for your tie-dye effect. Add a few drops of different colored gel food coloring to each bowl and mix well to create vibrant colors. Drop spoonfuls of each colored batter randomly into a cake pan lined with parchment paper. Swirl the colors together using a toothpick or skewer to create a tie-dye pattern. Bake the tie-dye cake according to the package instructions and let it cool completely. Crumble the cooled cake into fine crumbs in a large bowl. Add vanilla frosting to the cake crumbs and mix until well combined. The mixture should be moist enough to hold its shape. Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into cake balls. Insert a cake pop stick into each ball. Melt the white candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl according to the package instructions. Dip each cake pop into the melted candy coating, allowing excess to drip off. Decorate with sprinkles while the coating is still wet. Place the decorated cake pops upright in a styrofoam block to let them set completely. Serve and enjoy your delicious tie-dye cake pops!
