Map crunch painting
Sometime when I have time again I’m going to do a big painting of this tree - it’s one I walk by in my neighborhood, and it has the most fantastic sky holes~
Quick Studies.
Another self portrait (´・ω・`)
Thumbnails for my Color Studies homework :3
Hou Hsiao-hsien movie appreciation post. I started these color studies in the winter, but had to put them on hold a bit after new projects came in. Now that I had some time I finished painting a collection of screenshots for practice. If you enjoy quiet slice of life movies go check out A Time to Live, A Time to Die (1985), and Dust in the Wind (1986). #illustrator #Womenwhodraw #movie #film#colorstudies #Taiwan #Taiwanesefilm https://www.instagram.com/p/B1hdTiRDh6d/?igshid=n0gp4h9pimoc
Hello everyone!
Here are my last color studies: video games!
The first row, from left to right: Last Guardian, Super Mario 3D World, Dead Space 2
The second row, from left to right: Legend of Mana, Odin Sphere and Mirror's Edge (2003).
For Super Mario 3D World, Dead Space 2, Legend of Mana and Mirror's Edge, I used different brushes than the one from the last time (the Damp brush). This wasn't easy!
Dead space 2 and Odin sphere were the hardest for me. Replicate the horror atmosphere and the poor lighting for Dead Space 2 and the almagame of different colors, atmospheres and moods for Odin sphere! Phew!
In short, they were all a challenge to me, but oh how much I learn !! :D
