Day 3: Combat 45 for Mommy...& Leg Day for Daddy and the Uncles. Didn't want to wake up this morning and I even used "Owen is still sleeping" as an excuse but I finally got my ass up because I really didn't want to disappoint Alex and Owen. Got it done and I'm feeling great now! The soreness will eventually go away, but for working out 3 days in a row makes me feel amazing! A little #bosu action this morning after my #workout. #CoreAttack and #Combat45 in the books, I woke up thinking it was Wednesday? So I actually did tomorrow's scheduled workout today...oops! At least it got done. My #polarft40 read 520+ cals burned, I call that GOOD DAY! Try these #MountainClimbers out on the bosu next time. I also love the #jumpsquats but my goodness those are HARD 😥 Look closely at my legs shaking.😰 I do as many reps until I want to cry..lol 😭
