I love doing jump squats to keep my heart rate up between other exercises in the weight room. I started using bands about a year ago and they’re a game changer. Also added ankle weights. Day 5 of 48 of this 12-week #calisthenics program! Did 30 #pullsups and my #crowpose off and on for #100seconds before I started the real #workout! #jumpsquats, #bodyweightrows, #lunges, #pushups, and FINALLY #burpees! Each of these exercises was for 60seconds. While I my stamina and endurance aren't as good as I'd like, it's a process to get to a higher level of badassery. With this day down, I now have three more this week. Hope you #beautifuldegenerates are kicking ass and taking names too! Be sure to #rest as required to repair and get stronger!
