5, 13, 18, 20, 28, 58, 63, 66, 70, 80, 109, 119, 136, 139, 151, 152. indulge me?
oh dear god
5: 4 turns on: intelligence, bow ties hanging untied around their neck and the top shirt buttons are undone, biting, garter belts & thigh highs
13: Favourite color: basically any shade of blue
18: Do I use sarcasm: ~nope never~
20: [already answered]
28: Favourite movie: if i had to choose only one it’d probably mamma mia (although les mis, inception, pacific rim, little miss sunshine and pride and prejudice are also close contenders)
58: What’s my strangest talent?: uhm… i don’t know i can read really fast my brain training nintendo ds game used to tell me that i was too fast for it to count the syllables per second (i’m sorry i don’t think i have any other talents)
63: Do I believe in ghosts? How about aliens?: most of the time i don’t believe in ghosts but some stories make me want to believe in them and i believe that there is life somewhere in space it’s too vast for us to be alone but i don’t think they’re visiting us with their ufos or anything
66: What’s the weather like right now?: it’s dark and it’s not raining but it was raining this afternoon which made me mad because i had to go outside
70: What was the worst injury I’ve ever had?: i never really got injured past the usual scratches and bruises but after i got my wisdom teeth out the molars in the very back decided now would be a very good time to grow out which was very painful and then all my wounds got infected and that was very unpleasant 0/10 would not recommend
80: What is my favorite word?: that changes around a lot but my current favourite word in english is decay because i like the sound of it and in german it’s weltschmerz (world+pain) (but secretly it’s durchfall which means diarreah and consists of the words through + fall so i have to giggle everytime because german is such a literal language don’t judge me)
109: Been outside my home country?: yes i’ve been to the netherlands, austria, france, italy, malta and bulgaria
119: Learned another language?: english obviously but i had latin at school for six years, french for two years and italian for three but i don’t speak them anymore (not that i ever spoke latin) but i’m out of practice now so i understand more than i can speak
136: Was I named after anyone?: nope my parents just really liked the name lisa (and to this day they swear they didn’t know it was a spopular as it turned out to be)
139: Favourite Tv Show?: i cannot choose one… but my favourites are elementary, parks and recreation, orphan black, teen wolf, community and sometimes doctor who (i feel like i forgot something)
151: What I’d do if I won in a lottery: i would celebrate because i’d know how to pay my rent after september when my federal student loan runs out and then i’d try to help my parents out with their debt and after that i’d go shopping because i need new clothes but i can’t afford them atm and there are a lot of books on my wish list
152: What do I like about myself: my eyes are really pretty i think and i like that i have the kind of smartness that is required in the education system because i validate myself a lot over my grades and i’m proud that i grew out of the aggression issues that i had as a child/teenager because i now no longer violently lash out against others and myself which i think is pretty awesome

ok so i may have an idealised view of “the west”. and you’re still waaaaaayy ahead of us. so… i guess i’ll never live to see trans* people being acknowledged in poland. wow terrifying. this is probably the reason why i idealise west
i think part of the problem here is that we too have an idealised view of the west including ourselves and don't always realise how backwards and conservative we sometimes are because it's even worse in other countries
although we are the first european country to add a third gender option to birth certificates at least there's that

i just checked and polish sites do the same. not terribly surprising. transsexualism is literally black magic for an average pole i wouldn’t expect anything else from these “journalists”. but i would expect more from germany. you’re WEST
i wish but there's a lot of social conservatism going on we're still debating same-sex marriage (so far there's only civil partnerships as far as i am aware) but i thought there was at least some basic respect towards trans* people

i just checked. it does offer a feature to select by tag but it’s experimental and isn’t enabled by default. it also doesn’t do wonders, only goes through as far as you’ve loaded and takes time but it exists
found it :) thank you<3 and thank god for xkit
combefeuilly hat auf deinen Eintrag geantwortet: why doesn’t the mass-editor have a select by tag...
didn’t xkit have something like that? as an experimental feature? or does it just not work?
the xkit thingy lets me select by type but unfortunately not by tag
you could probably tweak it but i cannot code at all

No bby it is okay to like other country’s anthem more dont let anyone tell you differently
Aww thanks. :D I think I'm more worried about that some people would think I'm some... wannabe communist who has just decided the Soviet Union was the most perfect country ever and they did nothing wrong and history books are full of lies blah blah blah. I've seen that kind of people too much and they irk me a lot. v__v

i’m oddly patriotic here but c’mon polish anthem just makes me want to get up and march into the sunset. and then there’s the french one. about killing everyone. a+ anthem
I didn't remember it, but damn the Polish one sounds good. I feel like this would be good for DANCING! ;D

i love the german anthem (with Haydn music, you can’t be wrong)! and the one from portugal is pretty too OH AND THE SCOTISH ANTHEM with the bagpipes and everything!! :3 but of course La Marseillaise is just flawless
The German anthem reminds me of my childhood - watching Formula 1 and Michael Schumacher winning five races in a row and hearing the anthem again and again and again....
Oh, La Marseillaise, really? ;) A fun fact: I think I know most of the lyrics of the Finnish translation, because it used to be a popular song of the Finnish socialist movement in the 20th century (just like The Internationale), and my mother used to play it from time to time when I was a kid. :D (slowly brainwashing us...?)

oh man the soviet anthem is the BEST, i really like the east german national anthem too though. :B
The East German anthem sounds like a musical number for some 1950s movie! :D I can almost see the opening credits.
