Day 22 : What’s your comfort food/ comfort routine for sad days?
Kraft mac n cheese is definitely a comfort food for me, despite being lactose intolerant lol. Sometimes when I'm sick though, I really love juk (Korean porridge) with like chicken and some veggies. For sad days... Salt n Straw has amazing vegan ice cream, and I really love Trader Joe's little chocolate chip mini cookies that come in a tub. They're the best.
I don't really have a routine, but lately, I've been dancing a lot, mostly by myself. But it's been really fun and puts me in a good mood, it's nice to just move and get your heart rate up a little bit. I also like taking really long showers and just cleaning up my nails and doing all that "self-care" stuff: face masks, hair masks, etc.
Day 23 : What’s some random miscellaneous piece of information that you just happen to know?
The plural of attorney general is attorneys general.
Day 24 : Share with us your favorite word (it can be in any language)
periwinkle -- it's also my favourite colour.

Day 22- What’s your comfort food/ comfort routine for sad days?:
I’m honestly pretty bad with how I treat myself on sad days, but when I make a routine so that I can reassure myself I do the following
I open my curtains to let some sunlight trickle in because I’m like a little cold plant who needs the sun to warm me up from the sadness.
I light one of my favorite candles to also warm the space.
I clean my space up so I feel a little more open and less cluttered.
I make sure to drink plenty of water and my comfort food certainly is the special rice pudding my dad makes when he knows I’m feeling down.
I cuddle up in some blankets and play good tunes that will either guide me through those emotions so I cry a little and let it out or I listen to softer things to help me get out of it.
I hope you are all very very kind to yourselves on the bad days because things happen and it is just as important to be kind to yourself as it is to be kind to other people.

Day 21-22 of the Zoomester Studyblr Challenge
Day 21: "Make the choice you'll regret the least / The only thing we're allowed to do is to believe that we won't regret the choice we made."
This quote comes from one of my favorite (yet agonizing :')) anime series. It stuck with me since the first time I heard it. The character in question, Levi Ackerman, has faced a lot of suffering and loss throughout the series. With many of these moments, he was faced with making a choice that could either save him and his comrades or have devastating consequences. He says this to Eren, a cadet in the survey corps under his squad, as Eren attempts to act on his impulses to save other soldiers who are sacrificing themselves. And being in a moment in life where the future doesn't seem so certain to me, remembering this quote lessens my anxiety. Realism. Life is full of choices; we choose what we consider is the "best" or "right" one, and keep moving forward.
Day 22: Ahhh, my main comfort foods would have to be fried plantains/fried plantains with black beans and sour cream 😂 It's a Central American thing! Honestly, there's a lot of foods that could go into that category for me (ramen, tteokbokki, sushi, etc.) As for my comfort routine, what brings me comfort is watching cooking videos (esp while I eat aha), listening to music, and playing video games :)
