Slowly but surely making progress. I took a couple of boxes of books to Half Price this past week (and only came home with one new book!) and have been dividing my library up by subject without overburdening any single bookshelf. Comics were pretty straightforward, but manga had to get bumped to another shelf. (Out on loan right now are Maus and the first half of my Poison Elves collection.
