Comic-writing NaNoWriMo - Day 3

(I lost the first two days, I’m sorry) Daily objective: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐❌❌❌❌

I was planning on writing 10 comic pages a day, which may be biting more than I can chew, but we’ll see about that. Biggest problem is that Scrivener’s keyboard shorcuts simply decided not to work AT ALL? I’ve tried everything, I have no idea why this is happening. By losing the first two days (I was outlining, okay?) and the four pages I’ve missed yesterday, I’ll have to catch up on 24 pages. Woof.

SUPER SERIOUS GUIDE ON HOW TO AVOID WASTING TIME IN YOUR COLLEGE LIFE…..[If you are a covid batch then please take your ass off from here, because you don’t have a college life/ your life is wasted (severe depression kicks-in in 3…2…1)]

Heyya fellas, this is Zafar. So this going to be a super fun guide on "what not to do" {it took few hours to think about this coooool intro line. And I think that I can become a writer :( }.So, I suddenly realized that I wasted 2 years of my life doing nothing…..hehehehe it was a joke, I really did some things such as trying to be cool on social media, consuming life changing content, obsessing over celebrities, comparing myself, getting depressed by seeing other peoples successes and of course guilt. After wasting 2 years of my life I learnt that, the content which I was consuming in those 2 years was indeed of self-development. But, those self-help videos didn’t turn out to be a great idea for me as I was oppressed more under mountain of self-pity and guilt, and I was feeling like I am shit, its over I can't do anything. But, now after watching those deep content I was finally able to give my very own philosophies (copied from SOCRATES and CONFISCUS) to people around. After successfully wasting 2 years of my life, college finally started and I was all set to change things and myself. I was like, I will be a different person now who is confident, attractive and is intelligent.

I want to say...thank you. . When @thewiseowlbooksandmusic invited me to join this competition for my covid stories, I didn't think I would go that far. . I mean, I am honest. I am not in the science fiction community at all. I am an outlier in the very same community I write in, so I never expected anyone to care about what I did. . I wrote and performed my podcasts because I loved the world that lived in my head and hoped others would love them to. Sometimes we all need to just take a break and go somewhere else. . Well, I wanted you to know that because you believed in me, and what I write, I have now survived 5 rounds of cuts. . 5. . I am shocked...and I thank you. If you can vote for me, please do.
