@ray.harryhausen was one of the greatest and most influential special effects artists of all time. His version of the Medusa in 1981's The Clash of The Titans was as scary as she was impressive. I recall seeing the film as a kid and being totally knocked for six when that awful, evil looking snake woman slithered onto the screen. Found this hidden gem on @amazonkindle unlimited. Borderline by Chris Trillo and Eduardo Risso. Translated from Italian to English. It's a dark dystopia cyberpunk horror story about an exploited and abusedwoman known as Crash. Her story is harrowing. Fortunately there's some black humour to lighten the load. We really like the high contrast artwork, which doe a lot of heavy hitting in helping to tell this story.
