A Visit Home

Orin was able to take a portal home, Shalra and Joe had really been a big help. He loved them both so much, happy that the two had each other. Unaware of the misfortunes that had befallen them both and he walked out into the quiet of the property. The stone home out before him, he was in his armor and minus an arm. He saw the wolves running towards him, yet his pack kept their distance as they sensed something was different about their Alpha's mate. Orin made his way up to the door, plate clanking as he walked. He got to the door, hearing River speaking to some one. Then a higher pitch, small voice and his heart fluttered with excitement.

He finally brought his hand to the door, he was excited and nervous as well. He knocked, it was a bit louder than intended but the small voice called out.

"I'LL GET IT MA!"

As the door flew open, a young girl squealed in excitement. It was his daughter, little Ayah Crowley...She rushed his legs, big blue-green eyes like River's and his chocolate colored hair on her head. He stood there eyeing her, yelled out.

"I KNEW PAPA WAS COMING HOME MA!"

Orin began to feel tears well up in his eyes as he scooped her up. Kissing Ayah's cheek, she giggled at his beard tickling her. The man felt so whole in this moment, he wished he could be done with it all. He winked at River, River looked shocked and so happy all at once. "Papa...Are ya' going to stay?" At that his heart sank and he shook his head. " afraid not little one..." Orin said with a bit of a somber look, then he put her down. Ayah rushed off with a giggle. "I wish you could stay...Papa..."

A Chat and Luck

Orin watched as Joe rowed them out onto the water of Kul' Tiras and smiled some. He was glad to finally get to see Joe again, he was also missing his family. Joe, was also part of that family now and so his heart was lifted as the barefoot men cast their lines out. Orin now had a metal prosthetic, he was still getting used to it and was glad to be able to give it some more testing out in Kul'Tiras. "How's Shalra doin'Joe?" Orin asked as he eyed the bob for any activity and Joe just beamed about it all. Saying such kind, sweet and wonderful things about the woman. "M'glad ya two met...N'take care o' each other." He sighed happily before the first bob happened...Sadly he pulled up a plate boot...Huh. Joe roared with laughter at his catch, Orin's nose wiggled in irritation and he recast his line after taking the boot off the hook.

Soon the two were back to chatting again, Joe asked Orin about his family and if he was going to get to go home. Orin sighed heavily at that, shaking his head somberly and spoke "No Joe...M'still serviceable...New arm n everyhthin." Joe started to look angry about that, his face a bit red now. "That just ain't right...Ain't right at all..." Joe said with a bit of rising anger. Orin tried to reassure him all was well, speaking about his family and Ayah.

"I want ya ta' meet Ayah, Uncle Joe." Orin grinned up at Joe, Joe seemed to get really excited about that. He smiled brightly, soon distracted by his line and when he reeled it in...It was Orin's turn to laugh. More clothing articles!

The two kept at it however, working to get a fish before to long. Heading back to shore, Joe refused to season it. The fish had almost killed them last time, well Joe's heavy seasoning hand had anyway...
