So my new fav BOTW outfit is barbarian helmet, barbarian leg wraps and the champs tunic (coz when its fully upgraded armour out the wazoo AND the lil numbers) and it just!! The wraps are so short and the tunic is so long it looks like Link is just pantless wearing the boots with the fur. It's truly getting back to his Child Link roots running around free n easy.

WRT "fertile trans man" reblog; a lot of times trans men can be on T for YEARS and if they want to get pregnant they are able to ease off and stop their hormone dosage and start menstruating again. Top surgery has no effect on this either, so that's how you end up with men with beards and flat chests able to become pregnant. Isn't that neat?

Right??? I'm seeing more kudos/comments on my ME fics than on my more recent 3H stuff. I'm flattered but oh god so many comments to reply to now...

@ltleflrt: I'm in agreement with most of this, yeah. Although for the mako, I had to turn on the "old" controls, because the "improvements" give me motion sickness. And I'd love it if you put your tumblr stuff on ao3!! :D

Interesting. I appreciated the new controls, but being on PS4 probably helped with that. And yes, I'm starting to collect that stuff up and format it for AO3. Who knows, maybe I'll add something new. Anyway, stay tuned for some follow-up questions about what to port and preferred formats.

like. my god. I know there are books that don’t work for me and books that do, but I know that because I continued reading books to find the ones that worked for me. I’m sorry, fellow ND people, I really am, but sometimes the answer to a problem is not actually to just give up.

Not only do I worry I'm not "bi enough", I worry I'm not "ace enough" because I write explicit sex scenes in my fic.

Nah but like as a bi person when im reading m/f ships written by a bi person they're so much better than when they're from/for a straight lense, and like! As an AFAB who has lots of fulfilling relationships with men and AMABs I LIKE reading m/f but God not when it's by the straights

So you keep doing you, everything you write is gonna be bi because you're bi.

yeah there’s definitely a huge difference in focus from a lot of fic writers. i read a fic just the other day that SCREAMED “this was written by a straight woman who is down with gender roles as fun plot devices” and made me want to die. i also make it a point to make one or both of the partners in my m/f fics bi (cough holden and naomi cough) to remind people that no matter who you’re currently banging you are uh... still bi and the relationship isn’t “straight”. that and i can focus on intimacy and tearing up toxic masculinity with these characters

last night I went to a pub with friends & managed to stay for 3+ hours, something I haven't been able to do since I gave up drinking. Managed to feel calm/enjoy myself because I spent the whole time making dents in a candle then smoothing it out/sculpting the warm wax edges. Not only did my friends not make me feel weird about my stimming, they kept bringing me new candles from other tables when one was completely smoothed? like "do this one next". It was wholesome. Thank you for this blog.

That’s so awesome, it sounds like you’ve got some good friends!! Finding a good stim that can keep you feeling calm and happy in a chaotic environment is the best thing

there's some great meta around abt how Az presents as n find community with queer ppl as queers are also neglected/disenfranchised by their families and have a strong focus on found family/forging your own path. I can find it for u if you want.

I’ve seen some of it, but if you have more I’d love to read it! I’m thinking about it mostly from a trans perspective, myself. I hadn’t even taken the family thing into account.
