when you look for commissions, what type are you looking for? i'm looking to possibly make an expansion on what i offer and some insight would be nice!! 🙏

Ah, there is no half body chibi commission. Only full body at 25$ color at this time Believe you may be looking at the sketch or color. which is 15$ for a Chibi 'Sketch' and 25$ for a 'full color' Chibi You can dm me if you have follow up questions :)
Hi, sorry I know this is probably annoying but I forgot the commission prices and I was wondering what they were.
For solos (not comics) the prices vary. It’s best to DM me to talk about what exactly you’d like if it’s not a comic. Some things that affect solos are: continuity, number of characters, and style type (fine lineart vs my normal comic style).
Sketches of 1 bot: range is from $50-80.
Comic prices are a little bit more structured. For ballpark prices~
G1, up to 2 characters: $100/page. Additional characters: +$40.
IDW, up to 2 characters: $140/ page. Additional characters: +$60.
I might request a higher price depending on the number of bots, continuity, if you crunch me with panels, and if I feel like the nature of the commission might be a little difficult for me to do. One thing I get asked all the time about that I’ll say to the masses now: I will not do comics of OCs. Never feel shy to send me a DM and ask me about specific requests!

I do not do commissions, no, but there are many other artists here on Tumblr who do. :) Here's a few that I know of that would be happy to help!

Question. If I were to commission an artist to draw a character of mine… would half a centipede be a half body or a full body? Because there’s so many torsos.
Question for the tumblrverse:
I received a comment on the first chapter of “Your Eyes Can Be So Cruel.” Artist giving their Discord to ask if I wanted to commission them to draw it in comic form. I was a little skeptical because internet and strangers. But figured I would hear them out.
Their Discord account is nearly 3 years old. And they had 280+ images on the Instagram account they directed me to, to see samples of their work. Technical art style seemed consistent.
Occasionally their word choice seemed off, but not always. Okay, possibly just not a native English speaker.
When I asked about pricing or what they envisioned for length/amount of images, they said they already finished the first chapter. 4 panels a page, 10 pages, fully scripted.
And would I like to see it?
They sent a Docx file link via Instagram.
I would never open that kind of thing on my PC. Because highly suspicious. Especially that they had chapter one ready to go but suddenly I had to download something when prior to that they had sent in-message images of work for another client, still in progress and therefore not yet posted.
But I did figure I would see how the link operated, using my iPhone, which seemed relatively safe? It took me to the screen to download files. I closed that. So far, MAYBE so good, because that’s how a legit word processing file would act on my phone.
THEN it shot me to Facebook. A landing page warning me I was about to leave Facebook and head to another website.
All this COMBINED seemed very red flaggy.
I blocked.
Plus I am considering a hybrid collage/original art interpretation of my own making, to visualize the story. I would just need supplies. Printer ink, since I am Photoshop illiterate, and crafting stuffs beyond what I have now.
Thoughts? Is this all as sus as it seems?
I can't afford a commission right now (I must save for Tomodachi Life), but when I can, how do you take foreign currency? I pay in Great British pounds and have no idea how that works if you use dollars 😭😭

After some research, I found out that PayPal automatically converts it for us when different currencies are used!!
that means that it’s possible to pay with any currency YIPPEEWEEE😋‼️💥✨
