This idea popped into my head and I love it so much that I have to share it with you guys!!
Prince! Haz being forced into having an arranged marriage with princess! Reader. He doesn't like the idea one bit obviously so he kind of acts like an asshole, and is distant to try to drive her off but it doesn't work because if she’s being forced into this she’s at least not going to let a horrible prince get to her or stand in her way. He sees it’s not working so Haz enlists the help of his friend commoner!Tom. Their plan is for Tom to befriend her and either convince her to call it off or make her run away. They arrange an “ accidental” meeting and things go swimmingly.
About a week or two later Haz’s parents call him in and tell him to knock it off, to actually try to get along with her so he does. Meanwhile Her and Tom have grown to like each other and be friends-- sneaking out, meeting in secret, exchanging notes and letters. When Haz tries to be nice and friendly she’s suspicious and reluctant at first but eventually she realizes it's not an act and goes along and he finds he actually kind of likes her. All this goes on for about a month, maybe more.Tom and Haz had set up these weekly meetings to check up and talk about the progress of the plan and they go to the meeting one day and Haz says something like “You can call if off now, it turns out I actually really like her” and Tom goes “. . . What if I don’t want to call it off?” and that’s when they both realize oh shoot, he’s fallen in love with her too
Meanwhile princess!reader is sitting over here conflicted and with no idea what to do cause she’s kinda sorta in love with both of them . . .
(So yeah like I said I love this idea and I kind of need someone to write a fic or a whole series based one this asap please and thank you)
