Working part-time at the pizza plex as a security guard while she gets her masters degree

Her little brother, Atlas, stays in the daycare whenever she can't get anyone to babysit him (i.e.: very often)

Akira has... complicated feelings about the daycare attendant at first.

They get their shit sorted though!!! ........eventually!

Akira only recently gained custody of Atlas after their mother showed up at her old job and caused quite a commotion that resulted in the custody battle and also a restraining order. Atlas is only about five-ish? Idk ages man he's just a baby.

She quit her old job to work at the pizzaplex instead due to the more flexible hours and also (marginally) better pay. It's not exactly something she enjoys doing but she at least doesn't have to interact with too many of the actual customers since she's only a security guard.

Despite her initial wariness of Sun & Moon, she does tend to hang around the daycare a bit. Mostly to check in on her little brother, but some of the other kids there are also quite fond of her (mostly due to the stories Atlas tells). Sun constantly tries to talk to her every time she comes in, but something always seems to come up. Moon likes to bother her whenever she gets put on the night shift, though it's not often that happens.
