Okay, so I've FINALLY been getting around to watching Gravity Falls and *insert that Charlie Day conspiracy meme here*...So that may explain why you've been getting notes on your GF posts from years back XD Anyway hope you've been doing well ^^

((Hi! Just went through TF Prime & every time it referenced 'CNA' I thought 'STOP ANNOYING THE KRIN', because I remember a long time ago how irritatingly lazy to you it was just to insert 'cyber' to make it 'cyber-ish' (& I get what you mean). So just wanted to know; what would be a more scientifically appropriate way to describe/name the Cybertronian equivalent to DNA? ^^ (Apologies if you've answered before! XD)))

lol oh god, CNAOkay, so first, I just wanna quickly explain why I hate “CNA,” even though I recognize it is a very quick and easy way to “cyber” up a human concept (which has its own value in writing). The “NA” in DNA stands for “nucleic acid.” The existence of nucleic acids has a lot of biological implications, all of them being, well, organic XD There’s no reason for robots to have cells, nuclei, proteins, or nucleic acids- at least none given what we’ve seen in the franchise before. Overall. What I’ve seen, at least.So, how do we quickly and effectively give the audience the “idea/feel” of DNA? What is DNA to the layperson? It’s the genetic code- it’s the squishy biology stuff that codes for (some of) what we are. It’s what gets passed on to progeny. It’s what makes each of us unique. What do TFs have that would be the equivalent?I don’t have the time right now to comb through the wiki to get you a perfect answer, but another thing to note here is that DNA in humans is physical. It’s a physical thing- you can pull it out of cells and eat it, if you want.

Robots are interesting because they’re composed of both a physical presence and digital/cyber data. [this makes me hc they have two immune systems BUT ANYWAY] Which one is the robot? Do you want a physical equivalent to DNA? Err... sentio metallico, maybe? And a digital version would be like the entirety of their non corporeal coding (the stuff that gets transferred through cortical psychic patches, for ex).Hope that answers or gives some food for thought!

Thank you! Very glad you enjoyed it. ◕ ◡ ◕  I wrote a reference to the birthday date with River but it got cut. It came in the montage sequence on the ice at the start of the episode when Bill is running around trying everything. She twigs that the Doctor has been to the frost fair before and he replies, “Oh yes. A few times.” A stunned Bill absorbs that and we cut to:

The scene might have actually been filmed (not sure) but I do understand why it was cut. You said it yourself - the important thing here is to focus on the present-day story. A mention of River doesn’t move the plot forward, or even advance Bill’s understanding of the Doctor to a significant degree, especially compared to the more solemn things she comes to understand about his past just minutes later. 

There might even be another reason it was cut. Perhaps Steven decided Bill should learn about River in some other way further into the series. If not, then if you want to you can always extrapolate from the Doctor’s “Oh yes. A few times”, and assume that Twelve took the opportunity to tell Bill about his wife in between scenes.

Pop and Industrial are my favs :D I listen to a lot of that. Also 90′s alt rock and R&B, some of that gothy darkwave/EDM stuff, and I love remixes. Sometimes I get these weird phases where I have to listen to the same song over and over for a few days?? And then it’s good, I can not listen to it for a while XD

@communiquesfromm I’M GONNA NEED TIME TO PROPERLY REPLY TO YOUR REPLY BECAUSE I HAVE A TON OF HOMEWORK THIS WEEK, BUT LET’S JUST SAY YOU POKED THE HORNET’S NEST THAT IS MY HEADCANONS ABOUT UMBARA IN GENERAL, AND ITS EFFECT ON ANAKIN, AND ALSO PALPATINE’S INVOLVEMENT IN WHAT HAPPENED. (the short answer is yes, krell was definitely one of the contributing factors to anakin’s loss of faith in the jedi, but i also have Thoughts about how that ties into Sheev Papatine’s Web of Lies™, which i will never miss an opportunity to talk about, as you know)

Re: YouTube Gaming: OutsideXbox and OutsideXtra are my faves; they're wholesome; when they play horror games, Andy's reactions usually consist of horrified singing, which is always entertaining XD I've heard EuroGamer and PlayStation Access are good, too ^^ Hope this helps!
