Kickin’ off this Thursday & every one to follow, join Morgan at The Point Barre & Yoga from 5:15 - 6:15PM for an All-Levels Flow that directly benefits local charity, NamaStay Sober. . Fun fact! @miss_daisyface was NamaStay Sober’s FIRST member. She completed a year of yoga based mentorship with the charity’s founder, @namastenicoletta. . This opportunity lit a fire 🔥 within her she had never had lit before. A passion for the practice grew and grew and it soon became undeniable to her friends and family alike that yoga was what she was destined to do. . Since March 2017 @daisyfaceflow has been teaching yoga to anyone willing to join her on their mats. Starting with one class a week at the @centerfortherapyandhealing to now managing 16 public classes weekly from the suburbs to the city.
