Oh savasana. A necessity... But one that evades me

Longer than three minutes laying down? Aaaand I'm asleep

My mind runs constantly Flowing with thoughts and ideas

Yes, it's understood This is the point

To use these moments As a learning tool

On the path to become Mentally stronger and aware

But for now I will write

For ten ideas arrive And by the time savasana is over

There will maybe be three That get written down
