Team MATCH had our first meeting with just the four of us, and I couldn't be more excited to work with the other three amazing women on my team! Everyone is so helpful, respectful, and creative.
This session involved a lot of discussion, brainstorming, and organization as we begin to develop our plan of action. We discussed findings from the Harnett County, 2019 Community Health Needs Assessment and Healthy North Carolina 2030. These findings helped lead us to the conclusion of including Diabetes, Cancer, and Obesity as the health disparity topics that we will address in our Community Health Ambassador (CHA) training program.
Accomplishments include us picking which domain role we would lead, deciding what three areas of health our training program will revolve around, making a plan for next week, and developing group cohesion!
