On a water fast, it seems that the body turns fat into glucose and pumps it into the blood stream for quick energy. I just came back from a 3 hour walk & drive rubbing errands in the city. Full & heavy ketosis since day 2. It used to take me frío 3 to 5 days on water to go into heavy ketosis. Now it takes me less than 48 hours! I'm learning so much about my own body still. Evian, my water of choice for this fast. I wish it was in class bottles 😏 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Durante el ayuno, parece que el cuerpo quema grasa rápido y la transforma en glucosa y la manda a las venas para energía rápida. Acabo de regresar de una caminata de 3 horas y he conducido también haciendo mandados por la ciudad. Cetosis pesada y completa desde día 2. Antes me llevaba de 3 a 5 días con agua sólo para entrar en cetosis completa. Ahora tardo menos de 48 horas. Todavía estoy aprendiendo tanto sobre mi propio cuerpo. Evian mi agua de elección para este ayuno.
