12 and 13 (cook islands) are both VERY good and worth watching! 13's initial gimmick is kinda #yikes (they start with four tribes split up by race), but it results in one of the most diverse casts in the show's history and more Iconic players than I can count. the number of people from cook islands who come back to play in later seasons is STAGGERING

(‘where are regin and fin.’ ‘why does this guy keep trying to talk to me.’ ‘why did i say we could come to this.’) in most situations, malachi is unfortunately going to play the faithful role of stick in the mud. he is both the rock and the hard place and as these boys are all stuck together, not only will HE be leaving at 9, he will be dragging regin and fin out by the collars as well.

... however,, there is a scenario (probably only if they are not also participating in the tournament) in which fin and regin devise a means of getting him too sloshed to dip and they party to their hearts contents while he avoids the shame and embarrassment of being the only one to leave early by selecting a nice private bedroom in the house to crawl away and crash in. he gets flustered and yells at them when he wakes up 😌

He trapped two of your party members in a prismatic wall. You can kill him easily, but he keeps insisting his spells are useful, and you’ll probably have to fight this god eventually. HA i feel this is a situation that truly could just happen, in which case mal snuffs nirgil without hesitation <3 but hm... so we are being forced to fight each other? to the death? Or someone else? i think as much as mal would be grinding his teeth about having to deal with this guy (what if mal multiclasses into cleric and casts silence so he simply does not have to hear him,) he would restrain himself from killing the wizard IF he can prove himself actually useful against whatever enemy we’re fighting - if we are fighting my party/polycule, I’d rather have them trapped than have to try to cut them down myself, and if we are fighting someone else, I’d rather my party mates stay safe within the wall as long as they can. Mal would make very clear that if the wizard takes any further actions against his friends he is as good as dead. god, the things you do for love! 🙄

under no circumstances. tâm’s not even looking at the chair, honestly, she’s clocked this situation and is keeping an eye on the party to see if anyone needs to be held back from touching it)

she’d kill the wizard hoping it’d bring the wall down. her party are the most powerful people she knows and she can’t imagine this wizard being useful.

Yen, unfortunately, yes, Absolutely. He’s lived multiple lives and he is still a tiny moron.

Joseph is constantly paranoid of that exact kind of thing, he’s still a little convinced Bo was cursed when she took that little owl statue, so. No. and he is trying to get everyone else very far away from it.

Vic would not touch it like...independently if it was looking dangerous, but if the rest of the party wanted to investigate further he’d volunteer to be the one to try anything.

1. why did they choose their class(es)? their subclass(es)?

as we all know, the windowwasher doesn’t have a class OR subclass. they are vaguely a rogue - i think in 5e they would be a rogue/artificer (multiclassing sensibly do NOT interact) for being sneaky and also working with their hands, probably low level artificer with no subclass and probably Thief rogue, for sleight of hand

22. what is a promise they’ve broken?

um. i don’t know. their original dwarven clan was probably one that is like. very much blood family is important and above all else and you don’t speak out against them and the windowwasher said fuck that i. don’t like that which isn’t breaking a promise but is rejecting tradition in a good way and that’s the closest i can think of because otherwise they are very honorable and love their husband and their adopted down

I've ended up on Season 28 (the first brains vs brawn vs beauty) because a bunch of the ones you recommended weren't on Hulu. These people are crazy. There's not a single reasonable person on this entire season,

oh man I would NOT have watched 28 next. I very specifically would've waited on 28 bc it is largely considered one of the best seasons but it's also one of the most chaotic and hard to follow (at least before the "obscene glut of advantages" era of the late 30s and now 40s)

well... okay. it's fine. you'll be fine lmao. it's kinda fucked that like all of the teens aren't on hulu anymore because until a couple months ago every single season (up to 34) was on hulu :/ esp since uhhh clearly I'm a big fan of the teens dlfkjsd it looks like 11 and 16 are all that's left and if you wanna see more stephenie you should watch 11. usually I like people to watch 12, 13, and 15 before watching 16, because 16 has a lot of returning players from those seasons, and 16 is another "one of the best in the whole series" season, BUT. you could watch 16 on its own without any problems, actually. 16 is VERY good

... maybe save 16 for when you finish 28. the men of 28 will give you headaches and 16 is For The Lesbians

but yeah the players on 28 are insane. the casting department hit a slam dunk with 28, these people are BUCKWILD television personalities. I loved the winner (by which I mean, I was fascinated by their gameplay) the first time I watched 28... I like them less now but it has less to do with 28 itself and more to do with... some precedents that 28 set and how they've been carried out in the following 13 seasons

(DON'T watch 20. 20 is an all-returnees season and while you don't need to see EVERY season those people came from, you really should see a LOT of them. and it is unquestionably THE best season so like. personally I'd wanna savor it lmao)

1. inspiring leader for cha bitches because it’s either incredibly touching and meaningful or absolutely hilarious that This Bitch Thinks They’re The Leader (or both combined for the ideal character). my dream is to have a dm make me do a full 10 minute speech to inspire people a la botb3pt1

2. fey teleportation/fey touched (bc fey teleportation is raw only high elves which is wrong relieved emoji) !! i love misty step, i love getting more int or cha, and i love anything fey related just as a rule because of the Vibes.

3. alert simply because it adds to initiative and big numbers give me serotonin (honorable mention to observant for making passive perception number big but perceiving is for other people’s characters relieved)

4. keen mind !! i’m not saying it’s a power move to go “actually dm i’d Know this” but that’s entirely what i’m saying knowing which way is north and the sunrise/sunset is not useful to me all the time however it is sexy as hell 5. mobile. wanna b fast.

also all of these correspond to a different character (or two sometimes) fun guessing game for you (none of them are the windowwasher unfortunately i do think they deserve inspiring leader though)
