I was making a mental list of Most Risky Foods bcuz allergies and it went:

Sodas and Cured Meats (ham, bacon, sausage, etc.)

Sauces

Most fast food

Ice cream

Baked goods (cookies, cakes, etc.)

Juice

And it's like. Okay so I can have fruit. And stuff I'd have to cook. And expensive Safe/Organic food.

Like what the fuck do you even do besides limit your diet immensely and buy as little food as possible? Seriously, what the fuck.
