My system is confused these days 😁. Yesterday was 31 degrees and today it’s 17 degrees and it feels cold 🙃. And such is life - up and down, cool and warm. The best thing we can do is to flow with it all, complain less and just be. When we expect too much and want more of something, setting constant high goals it often leads to burn out and unhappiness. The weather won’t change when you want it to change. People won’t change when you wish them to change. Accept nature. Accept people for who they are. If you don’t like it, you are free to leave. Don’t stay in a negative and destructive pattern. Just accept. When we connect deeply with ourselves and nature, value our health, and push less, expect less then we become much more present, balanced and mindful - not only with our life but also with our surroundings.
