that OCD feel when u try to organize ur obsessive thoughts in a calm, rational manner but the list just makes u need to make MORE lists and introduces MORE repetitive thoughts and soon enough the lists are a compulsion bc if u DON’T make them you’re going to EXPLODE and that alone gets its own list of why you won’t really explode if u don’t make a list but you’re already making the list... so you’ll never know, right ? anyway better safe than sorry, make those crazy lists
