I'm confused (as I often am) about something, and he's trying to help, but my Ritalin hasn't kicked in yet, so it's just

Soo I have to build an app for my csp exam by 4/28, and I wanna make a horizontal scroller game but don’t… really know how?? Does anyone have any tips or advice or literally any input on how I can get started on this idea?
