Updated propaganda for 0909

John was born to save Mikoto from his self-destructive tendencies. Everything he does is centered on Mikoto, all he wants is to keep Mikoto safe. He doesn't see himself as a person, he presents himself as inhumane, all so that nobody will believe Mikoto himself is guilty of murder and will instead blame John. It's unclear who actually did the murder, or how many there were- no matter what, John will take the blame. Mikoto seems fine blaming John for the murder, even though he still seems hesitant to accept there was one in the first place and that John exists. Mikoto's disgusted by the idea that he could have murdered someone, and John is an easy scapegoat. Mikoto didn't know John existed, he's only just know entertaining the thought of his existence. And Mikoto is terrified, horrified, disgusted by him. John's dedicated himself entirely to Mikoto, and Mikoto hates him.

There's a lot of symbolism with dogs. John is a dog trying to act like a wolf, all to protect the person he loves. But he's just a dog. He sees himself as disposable, unlovable- but it's okay, as long as Mikoto is okay.

The yearning, the violence, the hatred, the dehumanization, the devotion- its just such a compelling ship. If John is the one who committed the murders, then you have someone killing in order to "save" someone, even if it scares and disgusts the other. If Mikoto is the one who committed the murders, then you have someone taking all the blame for someone's crimes and defending them until the very end, even if that person doesn't even know they exist.

Clarification for those confused on 0909 being classed as a comship after a reblog misunderstanding.

We as a blog are aware system relationships alone do not count as comship. There are many other reasons the ship would count as such provided in this propaganda.

cooprey isn't adultxminor. it is explicitly stated in the show that audrey is 18.

I was misinformed in the submission that this apparently wasn't the case from the first episode's instance. I don't watch every single show that people submit ships from. Thank you for informing me of a correction here. I'll do a once-over of the submission (though I do not know the show nor plan to watch it) and see if anything properly qualifies it for the bracket or whether it will be disqualified.

If anyone knows this show more, please inform me whether the cooprey ship counts as CANONICALLY comship in any way, if we do not find any, it will be disqualified.

Are we allowed to submit a ship if we're unsure if it has a commonly-decided ship name (i.e. just submitting it as [blank] x [blank])

Yup! That is still completely permitted! Not every ship has a commonly decided ship name, it's just that me knowing if one exists helps for tagging purposes! - Mod Satou

as much as i hate to go against propaganda for ships (especially ones i like)...that last eugarian one isnt real, we never see what varian looks like past age like 16 lol thats just a headcanon that that anon has

Thank you for bringing that up, Anon! The previous Eugarian propaganda has been removed! We don't know all of the submitted sources, so we might not catch certain things.

Please clarify if your propaganda is canon or headcanon when submitting!

Hi, I was wondering if you could not use the main fandom tags for this? This is not meant as hate, it was just a bit of a jumpscare to see this in the main tags when I'm not part of this community. Sorry if this comes across as rude in any way !

Hey, Anon, it doesn't come across as rude but I'm not going to be avoiding using the main tags.

While people may want to see it as fandom or community tags, that's not what tags are. Tags are a filtering system, to let people know what content a post contains.

If somebody doesn't want to see any genshin impact content whatsoever, or any black butler content ever, it lets those people block those tags so they don't have to see posts regarding it, even from my blog.

I'd recommend blocking the comship and/or specific ship tag to avoid further jumpscares! If you're not sure how to do that, it's inside tumblr settings, and scrolling down a bit should lead you to the option to filter. Curating your own experience is a very important skill!

I'm on mobile so I can't upload a comprehensive tag blocking guide, but if anyone has screenshots of the method, I'd appreciate the help for this user!
