Well, if you happen to be one of those unsatisfied with that and feel like you might want to consult a lawyer for a possible small claims action to get a refund, should they not reach you in a reasonable time, you need this info from the Arizona Business Registry to get an address of service, and you may want to cross check with the California Business Registry as well and search on the business name.

In the vein of assuming reasonable good will on the part of Con-Geda’s organizers regarding any claims they might make about contacting people who purchased tickets, I would suggest researching statutes of limitations for any civil court claims as well as which jurisdiction is the proper one to file in, and just wait a reasonable amount of time to see if they make good. [ TL;DR : You have at least a year, but very likely not more than two. ]

If they don’t, then it’s lawyer time.
