Conan Lee, Gordon Liu - Tiger On The Beat (1988)
This is such a shitty photo but I have to post it. Two years ago I went to the Urban Action Showcase on New York. Whilst there I took this pic.
It’s blurry as hell, but I’m proud to say that this is a pic of my either motherfuckin’ Conan Lee! Yep, the lead actor from Corey Yuen’s kung fu masterpiece, Ninja in the Dragon’s Den. He was also in Lethal Weapon 4 and Tiger on the Bear 2.
The crazy thing? He couldn’t believe that I wanted a photo with him. He acted confused. Startled, even. But I explained that I’m a massive fan and his face lit up. Again, not a great pic, but I consider myself VERY lucky to have it. I didn’t see anyone else ask him for a pic. Shame.
