You wrap yourself in your cloak and step into a handy shadow. Your form disappears into an extradimensional space that lasts until the spell ends, leaving only the appearance of a normal shadow.
The extradimensional space can be reached by stepping into the shadow. The space can hold as many as eight Medium or smaller creatures.
Attacks and spells can't cross through the entrance into or out of the extradimensional space, but those inside can see out of it as if though they were standing in the shadow’s space. If the shadow is cast by a moving creature, the entrance to the extradimensional space follows the creature until the spell ends.
Creatures can not enter the extradimensional space if they are carrying (or are themselves) a light source, as the entrance will move to avoid the light. When the spell ends, anything inside the extradimensional space is forced out, appearing on the space where the shadow last was.
1. Have rope and ability to cast "Rope Trick" spell. The material component for this spell is a rope, so that kinda goes w/o saying.
2. Use "use rope" skill to tie a noose at end of rope.
3. Cast "animate object" on rope and have it make grapple checks to get the noose around the boss's neck.
4. Upon a success, get up there and dispel "animate object" as a free action because your next spell only works on non magical rope.
5. Cast "rope trick" on said rope. Now being around boss's neck, it will retract into an extra dimensional space within the time of your turn.
5. Pull out wand of invisibility and poof out of sight while maintaining concentration on rope trick to hold boss there.
5. Party takes care of minions and etc before time runs out on spell.
6 [optional]. If time allows, set up a table and a spot of tea at which to discuss the terms of said bad boss's surrender while party is sitting in readied spaces to end them should they decide not to settle matters amicably and peacefully.

Day Two: Write a spell to aid someone in divination. Any method.
INGREDIENTS
-a purple candle, or white candle anointed with Lavender oil.
-quartz point (I use titanium aura) *but this is optional
-lavender
-jasmine
-hibiscus
RITUAL (for tarot card cleansing and clarity)
*May be used in conjunction with the Sumerian “Prayer to the Gods of Night”
-wash your hands in clear, cool water.
- arrange your cards in numerical order, ensuring that each card is upright in the deck, major arcana, then minor arcana.
-Place your ordered deck in front of your candle and quartz point. They should be in a line with the quartz between the deck and the candle..
- In your hand, places one pinch each of lavender, jasmine, and red hibiscus. There should be a full palmfull of flowers when you’re done. The flowers can be dried or fresh, but I use dried.
-Crush the flowers in your palms to release the oils.
-light your candle, then use the flame the set the flowers on fire. Do not breath in the smoke, but allow the fragrance to clear your mind.
-set your candle behind your quartz point and let it burn while you recite the prayer.
-focus on the shadow of the quartz point against your cards, allowing you to see into the shadows to divine more concisely.
-when your flowers or your candle has burned down (whichever comes first), remove your cards from their resting place, shuffle, and begin divination!
NOTES:
1. BE SURE your area is well ventilated when you burn your flowers. There will be smoke!
2. If you don’t want to burn your flowers, heat them using an oil burner. They will still give off their fragrance.
OH BOY DO I FUCKING LOVE DIVINATION OR WHAT OHHHHHMYGOD. My preferred method of divination is via tarot card, but I also like working with pendulums and I would love to work more with geomancy someday but I really suck at it SO.
I wrote this spell to aid in tarot divination, and it’s kind of cheating because I already use it on my cards along with the prayer that’s linked to the ritual. BUT! Not everyone prays, and I’ve used the spell without the prayer, and it has helped my concentration just fine.
Being a kitchen witch, I always keep the traditional divination herbs in my cabinet: parsley, sage, rosemary, and thyme. And I thought about creating a spell using them...buuuuuut I find that scent is an extraordinarily important aspect of my concentration, so I wanted to use a spell that created an incense.
Can you tell I like flowers and use them in literally everything?
ANYWAY.
Lavender, Jasmine, and Hibiscus are all flowers associated with divination. Lavender for calm and clarity, Jasmine for it’s attachment to spirits and the veil, and hibiscus for power, passion, and energy.
Purple is the color of spirituality, which I why I choose to use a purple candle, usually light purple which aids best for divination.
And finally, I choose a quartz point to help focus the flame of the candle, and create a shadow that can guide and cleanse a deck, but I don’t use it all the time. The candle flame is usually enough.
Spell of the Day
SPELL TO CREATE CALMNESS AND HELP CONCENTRATION
You need: White candle, Jasmine or Pine incense, Sprig of sage.
This is best performed at night, but it can be done any time of day. Light the white candle and the incense stick. Close your eyes and hold the sage close to your nose, and breathe in its calming scent. Keep holding it as you say:
"Calming powers of sage and pine,
Add order to this life of mine. (or name)
By the four corners, elements,
God and Goddess too,
If this gift seems fit to you,
Then please grant calmness unto him/me.
So mote it be, So mote it be."
Repeat as necessary, 3x3 times. It always works within a day or two
