Guys, So I finally watched Moon Knight (took me long enough, I know)

AND it gave me oc ideas hehe

Was thinking of making avatar characters but they’re based on the Taino gods

Here’s my ramblings of my concept of Taino avatars

I like to think how avatars work vary depending on which pantheon the avatar is under (for example, Egyptian avatars have different way of going about things than, say Aztecs)

1) the avatars are something that stays in the family. The avatar job is a burden that’s passed generation through generation, rarely does it fall on someone out of an established family

2) Second, the ones trained to be avatars (since it runs more like a family business here) officially become avatars on their 15th birthdays (Quinceañeros), since the 15th birthday since it celebrates going from childhood to adulthood in Hispanic culture

3) There’s not many known avatars like the Egyptian gods or Greek gods

4) My characters are only a team of three because the rest of the avatars are way to sparse mainly in the United States and Central America

5) The avatars do gain abilities related to the gods they work for, though it’s just way milder versions of what the actual gods can do

6) They’re one of the youngest group of avatars

Anyway, this is just me rambling my ideas! Drawing my three Taino avatar girls currently but they won’t be posted for a while since I’m on midterms and you know how that is 💔

Yknow how if alot of errors are in one place the universe will lock itself and self destruct

Im gonna make ocs based off that

Lockdown and Detonate, lockdown lures and locates the errors, locks down the au when theyre all in place, then Detonate blows himself up.

Lockdown secures his soul and keeps it safe while she builds him a new body and locates the next batch of errors to eradicate
