Reggie's evil cousin Conrad litters.
Like, he just straight up throws things on the sidewalk and Reggie is behind him with a fucking trash bag, like "Hey, can you not?"
Then Conrad throws his empty cigarette cartoon on the floor by Reggie's feet and Reggie just loses his shit, he pinches the cigarette from his lips and attempts to wrestles the bag over his head.

Reggie and Conrad were born 56 seconds apart in separate hospitals across the city. Neither mother had discussed baby names with the other. There was an assumption that one of them would name their baby after their father, Tom.
So both, independently, decided to name their son Reginald, after their grandfather.
When the news was spread, there was a lot of confusion. Aunts and Uncles would hear the name Reginald (Reggie for short) and would say,
"Oh, yes, your sister told me! What a dear."
Their were some very strong words exchanged when the two sisters finally spoke directly to each other.
Birth certificates were already signed and blankets had already been stitched, so neither would legally change the name of their son.
Eventually, it came to a head and it was decided that whichever son was born first, would be allowed to go by Reginald. The son born second, would have to go by his middle name.
Guess what?
Our Reggie was born first. His cousin was born second and now went by Conrad.
Years later, when Conrad was ten, he was assigned a genealogy project at school and asked his mother for his birth certificate. The woman tutted and huffed, but went into the attic and dug it out of an old storage box.
When she handed it to him, Conrad looked bemused.
"Mom, this isn't mine," he said, frowning at the delicate, folded paper in his hands. "I think this is Reggie's."
The mother lights a cigarette and scowls. "It's yours. That's your name."
"My name is Reginald? I thought it was Conrad."
"That's your middle name. Reginald is your first name. Your cousin stole it from you."
"He did?"
She takes a drag, blows smoke out of the corner of her lips and nods. "He did."
And from that moment on, Conrad swears to get revenge on his thieving cousin, if it's the last thing he does.
i know that concept reggie definitely wouldn’t have been played in like a creepy way (kids show and all, i’m surprised they were gonna show a bra tbh) but jeez did my fight or flight instinct kick in when i read those lines [thank goodness for jeremy shada and that change of character]

I’m invested in evil cousin Reginald now. Their moms are twins so they share a strong likeness and some people even mistake them for twins.
And yes, they’re both called Reginald. Same minds and all that...
During family stuff, Reginald tends to go by his middle name, which is Conrad (get it because Concept Reggie - Con Reg - Conrad. Eh? Eh?)
And one day, Reggie’s mom is like ‘Reg, stop being so miserable and entertain your cousin,’ and she forces him to take Conrad to band practice with him.
And Reggie knows how invasive and slimey his cousin can be, so he’s reluctant to introduce him to his friends, but he takes him along because his mom is giving him that look.
When they arrive at the studio, Julie’s in the house getting some drinks and Conrad decides he’s going to stay outside and have a smoke. Reggie is not happy about that, but Conrad’s already lighting up, so Reggie just tells him to go as far away from the studio as possible.
Which means he’s sitting on the steps when Julie returns from the house with a tray of glasses.
“Hey, Reg,” she says, beaming. “I thought you said you had family stuff going...”
She stops when Conrad glances over his shoulder at her, and she sees his eyes, rimmed with thick charcoal coloured eyeliner. She also notices the cigarette hanging between his fingers.
His eyes dip up and down, scanning her body, which is currently in a pair of mom jeans and a loose t-shirt which is knotted at her front. She’s vaguely aware of the uncovered strip of her waist and is mortified.
She shifts the tray so that it covers her stomach. “Since when did you start smoking?”
Conrad considers her question and takes a drag. He breathes out a cloud of toxic fumes and shrugs. “I think... I was twelve. Better question, when did you get so smoking hot?”
“Reggie, what the–”
“Dude,” she hears the boy in front of her say, except it actually comes from the studio. She looks up and sees a replica Reggie hurrying towards them.
She blinks. “Wait, what?”
“Stop pretending to be me,” Reggie says with a scowl, before he lifts his eyes to Julie. “I’m so sorry, this is Conrad. He’s my cousin. Mom made me bring him.”
Julie darts between the pair of almost identical boys. “Oh no, oh no, this is too weird,” she says, beginning to back up the steps. Conrad winks at her and she pulls a face.
