A female Puma will carry her young for a gestation period of 84 to 106 days.
She will give birth to a litter of one to six cubs.
These cubs are typically covered with spots that can help them blend in with their surroundings.
Cubs will stay with mum up until 18 - 24 months before heading out on their own.
A female Puma will have a litter once every two to three years.
