I don't even remember if the two ever meet in DISCO but from the first time Pike stepped foot in the show, I've maintained the idea that Pike and Prime Lorca are the messy kind of exes where no one brings it up but everyone knows because it was such huge Fleet gossip when it went down. Which makes the Mirror Lorca we see in DISCO the only one who doesn't know because everyone who knows refuses to talk about it.
