This generation of artist gets a lotta flack for drawing men ””too feminine””
But the Renaissance artists just slapped boobs on the same models they had for the men and called it a day ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Everyone accepts that hoarders, or hoarding things, is generally unhealthy. Or whatever. I don't want to make a judgement call but that seems to be the consensus in our society. What, then, is the opposite of hoarders if not tiny homes?? If we were to put maximalism at one end of the spectrum and minimalism at the other end and label them as "extremes," why is minimalism so acceptable? This is a weird question, I realize, and it assumes that minimalism/tiny homes are the direct opposite of hoarders but I guess what I'm *really* trying to ask is, is extreme minimalism, like, not the best for people mentally?
whaaaa ???

Finally had a chance to meet up with Gervais again and talk to him about why he didn’t want to see me anymore. It was good to hear him say it instead of just leaving it over text message, but it was also kind of weird to sit there and talk to him. His explanation was pretty quick so the rest of it was the two of us talking about school stuff, which is fine because I love to complain about projects. At some point the topic of “so what are you doing now” came up and I wasn’t super sure what he meant by that at first because I had just spent like 20 minutes complaining about projects, but I realised that he meant like dating wise. I didn’t mean to, but I ended up being really evasive with my answer. Like at first I was like, “oh I’m not really doing anything,” to, “well I’ve reinstalled tinder for a bit, but it hasn’t really gone anywhere,” and finally, “well I’ve been on a few dates, but nothing has really panned out.” I feel like he was trying to figure out whether I was seeing someone else yet, which I guess I understand, but it still felt super awkward. I don’t know if he was asking for his sake or mine. I mean I am sort of seeing someone else right now (and pretty soon I think I’m going to need to talk with him about what we’re doing :/). I’m just not sure why I felt uncomfortable telling Gervais that. Either way eventually we sort of ran out of things to talk about so we started walking toward the schools (since MassArt and Berklee are both the same direction from the coffee shop). I actually felt more nervous walking back than I did going there. Finally hit the cross walk in front of tower and we hugged goodbye and that was that. Now I’m sitting in the studio and I feel like, I dunno kind of empty and sad. I’m pretty sure I won’t see him ever again and I think that might be why I feel so weird right now. With Nik I was told we would stay friends and we’d still talk and all that, so it wasn’t like I was losing contact with him permanently. This felt way more final I suppose. So, this guy that I’d built a nearly year long connection with is now out of my life for good and I dunno I guess I didn’t think about the permanence of that until now. I’m just sitting here and I can still smell his cologne on my hair.
