Day 5 of #YOGANCE challenge, @cuchira has asked us to think about connection and connectedness. As I move through the sequence so far I feel the hesitation in the parts of my body and positions where I feel less stable. A couple of years ago I would have blazed through these moments of recognition and strained myself to get on to the next thing. Now I allow myself a moment of pause and also support where I need it. I don't just want things to work, I want them to work in a happy and stress free way so that I'm building stability not borrowing from the future. Connecting with my body in this way gives me the opportunity to observe this playing out in my relationships and life as a whole. The wobbly moment are not something to be rushed through so I feel better, but an opportunity to see what's really going on and build stability for a stronger foundation in the future. 🙏🏼 #truefoundations #aprilblue #yogance™ #yogancewarriors #connectyourself
