Okay, Last night was the finale/ movie for timeless... I am going to try and put all of my emotions and thoughts into words. Here goes nothing.
Okay, SO... I absolutely loved it. Every Moment of it. I loved that they cleared things up with the whole Jessica/ Baby thing right away. We all kind of thought she was lying, it was great to have it confirmed. I was super happy with the way that all the ships ended up. I was someone who would have been happy with Lyatt or Garcy being endgame, I love both Wyatt and Garcia and Lucy is my favorite character. If she was happy, I’d be happy. I loved how much Riya we got in the episode! My heart was so happy! So yeah, the ships were great. I loved that Wyatt took responsibility for everything and admitted that he screwed up, and admitted that he wanted to choose Lucy. It was super cool hearing him use his words. The whole thing with Flynn broke my heart into a thousand pieces. I am someone who loved Garcia from the beginning. I will admit, he was really bad at the beginning, but the more we got to know him, the more I felt like I understood him. He wasn’t a bad person, not really. He lost everything, and that sent him down a dangerous path of revenge, but he eventually realized that there was a bigger picture. It was really great to see his character arc play out. I cried when he sacrificed himself for Rufus, and the team in general. He was a hero in the end, and I appreciate that. I loved Lucy more than ever in this episode. I loved when she called out the guy in CA for cat calling her. That’s my girl. She has always been a character that inspires me. She is smart, like super smart. She also isn’t an emotionless robot like so many badass characters are often portrayed to be, she had emotions, and they didn’t make her weak, they made her strong. She is a character who had a lot of development over the two seasons. She started out as someone who definitely saw history as black and white, and set in stone. By the end of the two part Timeless film she was someone who knew that nothing is that simple, she stated that everyone has value, that everyone is important. I loved the line where she said “What’s the point of saving history if we aren’t going to save the people in it.” or something like that... it really showed how much she has grown. I love that she made the hard choice about Amy at the end of it. There wasn’t much doubt in my mind that she would though. She is just so awesome and I love her so much. Lucy Preston is the role model that the world needs. She isn’t perfect, and its okay. She is a total nerd, and IT’S OKAY. I just Love her. Ugh. Anyway... I just loved the ending so much. I loved how everything was brought together perfectly. It really came Full Circle. It all made sense and it was a perfect ending. I just loved the whole episode. I loved the Heliclockter reference and when they made the reference to Jan I about died. I can’t believe how fortunate I am to have been a part of this fandom from day 1. I love the Clockblockers and I love that we had such a lovely cast and crew that loved us as much as we love them. This show has meant so much to me the last couple of years, and I am beyond grateful for it.
okay, that was really long, but i think I voiced all of my thoughts.

Hot Garcia Flynn Sticker (and wall art!)
Okay, this is exciting. I’m gonna attempt to do a sort of review/evaluation of the new episode (which will obviously contain spoilers) (btw if you couldn’t tell it’s mostly going to be about Garcy but I’ll try to do as much as I can from the entire episode)
Just started rewatching Leverage because it’s been forever and I need a break from ER and I can’t help thinking of a Timeless version, with Lucy as Nate, bitter about the way her former bosses let Amy die, assembling a team consisting of Rufus, expert hacker and salty cinnamon roll, Jiya, expert thief and scary ray of sunshine, Conner, expert grifter (and terrible stage actor, just imagine this man giving drunk Hamlet soliloquies), and Flynn, expert hitter who appreciates good food and has done Terrible Things
And I’m tempted to cast Wyatt as Stirling, never quite managing to catch them or foil their plots, because I still haven’t forgiven him for season 2
mason was the real mvp of this episode tho...lets be real
Do any of you watch timeless??
It's a show about time travelling secret agents that work to save American history
he not a widower
he a gentleman and a union soldier
treated Lucy with the utmost respect
