The case of Pup Fiction::
Sorry for the lack of art (I promise I’m working on a comic it’s just taking longer than planned.) To be fair with fall break, mid terms, and even finals coming up shortly after on top of holidays it is really a struggle out here when it comes to having time to work on art without falling behind in classes…
But with that being said, I have been HARDCORE thinking some more world building in the Pup Fiction AU, more specifically on the idea that Conner becomes an iconic music sensation.
During the ban on vigilantism enforced by Bruce, Conner is ultimately left with a lot of free time. Angry with his father, along with the severe despair with the death of Jason— Conner turns to writing music. And he’s GOOD. At night when the family is out on the streets and Alfred is either retired for the night or sitting in the cave, Conner sneaks into Jason’s room, left untouched after his passing and just started writing his emotions out in one of Jason’s old empty journals.
When Tim abruptly enters the Wayne family’s lives, Conner at first wants nothing to do with him. But then that later changes, Tim becomes the one person Conner can talk to and consistently relies on. One thing does lead to another and Tim does find the journals of lyrics and poems and convinces Conner and Bruce to go public with them. Bruce jumps on it immediately hoping this career path will keep his son away from the streets of Gotham.
And so the production begins, with Conner dawning a similar mask to his own Father’s ‘Brucie Wayne’, with the press and photoshoots. Headlines weren’t far, and Conner and his PR team officially announcing his debut album under the stage name of Baby Bat (coined by Conner to be funny but in a reverse psychology type way we’re it’s so on the nose that no one would ever connect him to the Batman name)
As of now I’ve created 7 fake albums in the form of Spotify playlists, I eventually want to create actual fake albums with some old CD cases I own but I will cross that bridge later,,

4 songs- 15 mins [this was released for the holiday season, but was written after Kon found out that Jason was not only alive but also red hood]
Jersey Bird: 3rd Studio Album
20 songs- 1hr 6mins [while the title is an homage to Robin and was released on Dick’s birthday, the majority of this Album was written with Conner’s complicated feelings about Tim in mind]
Mallgoth Receipts: Rerelease Extended Edition
22 songs- 1hr 10mins [a rerelease of Mallgoth but with and edition 4 unreleased songs]
Test Tube Baby: 4th Studio Album
15 songs- 51mins [released on Conners birthday, this is pretty much mostly his complicated feelings about being a ‘clone’]
Metro’Movin’: 5th Studio Album
17 songs- 54mins [this is Conner’s turning point when he hangs up the bat cape and changes it out for the house of El and moves to Metropolis to train with his other father, Clark]
NOW at that point in time Conner takes a hiatus from the punckrock way of living, much to his fan’s sadness cause while he IS a Nepo baby no one can disagree that any of his songs were bad. And he’s very beloved in the music scene. The next time he would drop an album would be closer to when Terry is born and he officially tied the knot with Tim. As a joke I feel like naming that Album Pup Fiction would be so funny but maybeee
