i was talking to my dad about autism rates and whether there are actually more autistic people now than there used to be and he said that he didn't know any autistic people when he was in school so the rates must have increased

unrelated, but yesterday he spent ten minutes showing me a colour-coded spreadsheet where he tracks every remote control plane he's flown for the last three years that sorts them by model type and has a fancy pie graph showing which planes he flies the most
