Alright guys so it’s 6 am and I’m sitting outside of my crossfit gym chillen.

Today’s my first day in the class like atmosphere (I’m still a noOb) so I’m a bit nervous because there’s still a lot i don’t know 🙃

I’m sure I’ll be fine buuuuut the anticipation haha it’s killing me. Just have to survive the next hour of torture 🤣

I start CrossFit today!

Mile! Mile! Mile!

So I’m working on my mile time

15 minutes was my start..

Now I’m at 12:30 🤗

I wanna get down to 8 minutes .. i feel like i do better off treadmill than on but anywhooo, yay !

Also Iv been losin a lb a week since the beginning of the year. Slow progress is still progress 👍🏼

But i haven’t cut out alcohol and soda completely ... so i need to be a little stricter and just say no!
