First, we created our first-ever collective decision making tool, with five 'gradients of agreement': the number one indicated enthusiastic endorsement; two, endorsement with some concerns; three, a neutral stance; four, support with significant concerns; and five, a block. A proposal would pass if 75 percent of staff voted a one or two, and no one voted below a three.
