Rain-soaked after a storm, Red Rock Canyon Conservation Area in Nevada glistens a vibrant red, earning its namesake. Just 17 miles west of the Las Vegas Strip, this alluring area is visited by more than two million people a year. Red Rock Canyon Conservation Area offers excellent recreational opportunities, such as trails for hiking, horseback riding, biking and world-class mountain climbing.
