A portion of Camp Samac in Oshawa will be used to provide shelter and support services for up to 40 members of Durham's homeless population. The site will replace warming centres at First Light Foundation of Hope in Oshawa and Christian Faith Outreach in Ajax and the two organizations will be the lead agencies at the site.
