Far-right fossil fuel company allies pressure US supreme court to shield firms in unprecedented campaign

Groups linked to billionaire Leonard Leo, who seems to have ties to Chevron, are pressing the court to intervene in lawsuits that could cost

Leonard Leo, Charles Koch and other right-wing extremist billionaires, organizations and corporate interests are attempting to halt litigation by various states against the destructive, corrupt fossil fuel companies.

It's outrageous these so-called 'conservative' elites and entities are standing in the way of holding fossil fuel industry accountable for their unsafe, destructive products by pressuring the Supreme Court to rule against the states filing litigation.

These hypocrites shout "States Rights" only when in its in their favor.

The Heritage Foundation had significant influence during the Trump administration (aka TraitorTrump crime spree)  This is from Wikipedia.org 

One reason for the Heritage Foundation's disproportionate influence relative to other conservative think tanks is that other conservative think tanks had members who identified as "never-Trumpers" during the 2016 election whereas the Heritage Foundation signaled early on to Trump that it would be supportive of him.[44][45] At least 66 foundation employees and alumni were given positions in the administration.[45]

Why am I not surprised?  Heritage Foundation “in bed” with the tragic, corrupt, grifting, seditious Trump adminstration and his ethically challenged Goon Squad.  

Yes! you too can join the Heritage Foundation that promotes “conservative values” like supporting Trump and his felony crime spree, promote the standard anti-science anti-facts anti-reality positions of those on the right like Climate Change Denial, rampant voter fraud (no proof this whatsoever), banning CRT, and working aggressively against transgender rights and LGBTQ+. 

Heritage Foundation one of the parties that instigated the right wing-nut boycott of Target.
